胰岛素增敏药在多囊卵巢综合征不孕中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 胰岛素抵抗 (IR)及代偿性高胰岛素血症在多囊卵巢综合征 (PCOS)不孕致病中起关键作用。大量研究显示 ,胰岛素增敏药可以增加PCOS患者自发排卵率和克罗米芬诱导排卵的成功率 ,并增加临床受孕率。作者对近年来采用胰岛素增敏药治疗PCOS患者不孕的有关研究作一综述 。 Insulin resistance and its compensatory hyperinsulinemia play a key pathogenic role in the infertility of the polycystic ovary syndrome.Numerous studies indicate that insulin sensitizing drugs can be used to enhance spontaneous ovulation and the induction ovulation in the syndrome,The aim of this review is to summarize the studies in which insulin sensitizing drugs were used to increase ovulation rate or improve fertility in women with the PCOS and to translate the information into practical guidelines for reproductive endocrinologist.
