摘要
以γ Al2O3为载体,贵金属Pt为脱氢活性组分,硫酸钾为助催化剂,制备出合成邻苯基苯酚(OPP)的脱氢催化剂,并对催化剂的活性进行了评价;为提高OPP的选择性,选用CS2对催化剂进行预中毒处理。结果表明:当所用催化剂中w(Pt)=0 3%、w(K2SO4)=2%,CS2的用量与催化剂中Pt的质量比为:m(CS2)∶m(Pt)=1 0∶100,在350℃反应,停留时间为12min时,OPP的选择性可以达到96%,收率在90%以上。
Pt supported on γ-Al2O3 with K2SO4 as assi st ant was prepared and used as dehydrogenation catalyst for o-phenylphenol(OP P) from cyclohexenylcyclohexanone.In order to improve the selectivity,the cataly st was pre-poisoned by CS2.The results showed that with catalyst consisting o f w(Pt)=03%,w(K2SO4)=2%/γ-Al2O3 and m(CS2 )∶m(Pt)=10∶100,the selectivity for OPP was over 96% and the yi eld of OPP was as high as 90% at reaction temperature of 350 ℃ and retention ti me of 12 min.
