摘要 反应温度30~75℃,压力0.5~1.0MPa,以Pb、Bi改性的Pd催化剂合成芳樟醇,当催化剂中w(Pd)=1%时,脱氢芳樟醇转化率为99%~100%,合成芳樟醇选择性大于98%。产品经减压精馏,w(芳樟醇)>98%,收率为80%~90%。以Lindlar催化剂合成芳樟醇,脱氢芳樟醇转化率为99%~100%,合成芳樟醇选择性为95%~97%。 The process for selective hydrogenation of dehydrolinalo ol to linalool was studied in liquid phase.Selectivity of linalool was more than 9 8% with palladium on CaCO3 catalyst which was partially poisoned by lead and b ismuth under 0.5-1.0 MPa at 30-75 ℃ and conversion of dehydrolinalool was 99% -100%.The product was distilled under reduced pressure and consisted of over 98 % linalool with a yield of 80%-90%.Analogically,selectivity of 95%-97% were att ained with Lindlar catalyst poisoned by lead.
