不同饵料对花鲈稚鱼生长发育及存活的影响 被引量:12

摘要 2001年12月20日至2002年1月23日期间,用经营养强化的轮虫和桡足类、经营养强化的卤虫无节幼体、未经营养强化的卤虫无节幼体以及人工配合饲料等5种不同饵料投喂30日龄花鲈稚鱼,经34d培育,测定其生长和存活率.结果表明:投喂经营养强化的轮虫、桡足类和经营养强化的卤虫无节幼体,花鲈稚鱼的生长率和存活率均较高,捕苗操作后1d的死亡率则较低.投喂未经营养强化的卤虫无节幼体的实验组,花鲈稚鱼生长及成活率等各项指标均较低;投喂人工配合饲料的实验组,花鲈稚鱼生长及成活率等各项指标均最低.可以认为:桡足类和经营养强化的轮虫是花鲈稚鱼的优质饵料;卤虫无节幼体也是花鲈稚鱼较好的饵料,但使用前应经营养强化. The growth rates and survival rates of artificiallyproduced juveniles of Lateolabrax japonicus feeding on enriched rotifer,enriched copepoda,enriched artemia nauplii,unenriched artemia nauplii,and artificial formulated diet for 34 days were investigated during December 20,2001 to January 23,2002.The results show that the survival rates and the growth rates of the juveniles feeding on enriched rotifer,enriched capepoda and enriched artemia nauplii are higher,and the death rates in a day after being captured are lower.The juveniles feeding on unenriched artemia nauplii have a lower growth rates and survival rates.The growth rates and survival rates of the juveniles feeding on artificial formulated diet are lowest.It may be considered that the copepoda and enriched rotifer are the better foods for artificiallyproduced juveniles of Lateolabrax japonicus.The artemia nauplii must be enriched before using.
