摘要
在高岭土微球上原位晶化合成了高岭土-NaY-MCM-41复合物.利用XRD、SEM、TEM和BET等测试手段对合成的样品进行了表征,研究了高岭土表面原位生长NaY-MCM-41复合分子筛的合成化学,考察了合成体系的pH值、模板剂、H2O用量和SiO2/Al2O3比的影响.高岭土-NaY-MCM-41复合物具有大、介、微梯度分布的孔结构和合理的酸性分布,克服了单独的微孔分子筛孔径和介孔分子筛的局限性,实现了介孔、微孔分子筛的优势互补.
A kaolin\|NaY\|MCM\|41 composite which possesses macro\|meso\| microporous structure and gradiently distrubuted acidity was prepared by in\|situ crystallization using kaolin as the starting material. The influences of the factors such as pH, H\-2O/SiO\-2, SiO\-2/Al\-2O\-3 and template amount have been determined. The composites obtained were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM and BET. The results demonstrated that the surfactant used in the process plays an important role in promoting the crystal transformation of the micorporous NaY phase in addition to its templating effect for the formation of the mesoporous MCM\|41 phase.
