电视胸腔镜手术临床应用

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF VIDEO-ASSISTED THORACIC SURGERY

目的 :探讨电视胸腔镜手术 (VATS)在胸部疾病诊治中的可行性。方法 :采用VATS必要时VAMT技术共完成 1 1 0 0例 2 0余种病种的胸外科手术。结果 :治愈 1 0 98例 ,死亡 2例。中转开胸 32例。术后并发症 72例 ,主要为漏气 ,35例。结论

Objective:To study the practicability of VATS in the diagnosis and therapy of chest diseases.Methods:Performed VATS of VAMT in 1100 patients with more than 20 kinds of chest diseases.Results:One thousand and ninty-eight patients were cured.Two patients died.Thirty-two patients required conversion to thoractomy.Postoperative complications occured in 72 pationts the major of them suffered leakage (35 patients).Conclusions:VATS has its own indications and advantages.
