胃镜诊断十二指肠降部病变207例分析

GASTROSCOPE DIAGNOSIS OF DUODENAL DESCENDING PART DISEASE(WITH 207 CASES)

目的 :探讨十二指肠降部病变发病情况、主要临床表现及胃镜下改变。方法 :分析本院近 1 0年来胃镜诊断十二指肠降部病变 2 0 7例 ,探讨其主要疾病及临床特点 ,胃镜诊断情况。结果 :降部病变男多于女 ;以降部溃疡最常见 (40 .6 % ) ,其次为降部息肉 (1 6 .9% )、降部癌 (包括乳头癌 )占 1 4 %、降部炎 (1 1 .6 % )、降部憩室(4.8% ) ,还有降部乳头炎、黏膜下肿块、钩虫感染、蛔虫、结石、血管病变等 ;临床表现无明显特异性 ,胃镜 +病理可以发现病变位置、大小、形状、性质等。结论 :十二指肠降部病变多样 ,临床表现不典型 。

Objective: In order to probe into the cause and primary clinical manifestation and gastroscope diagnosis. Methods: In this paper, 207 cases of gastroscope diagnosis of duodenal descending part disease in recent ten years in our hospital have been analysed. Results: The analysis shows that male person suffer from the disease frequently. The cause of duodenal descending part disease is complicated, duodenal descending part ulcer(40.6%), descending part tumors(16.9%), descending part cancer(14%), inflammation of descending part(11.6%), descending part diverticulum(4.8%) and descending part hookworm infection et al. The clinical manifestation is not typical, the gastroscope and pathology can diagnose the disease.Conclusions: The gastroscope diagnosis has a high value, as the cause of duodenal descending part disease is very complicated and its clinical manifestation is not typical.
