双侧气道峰压差用于判断双腔管位置的初探 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探讨双侧气道峰压差与双腔气管内导管对位的关系 ,寻找其到位的简易方法。方法 :2 97例手汗症患者行双侧胸交感神经切断术 ,用Datex气体分析仪观察不同情况下双侧气道压力的变化 ,并根据其调整双腔气管内导管的位置。结果 :双侧气道峰压差大于 6 .8cmH2 O ,提示导管对位不良。用此法导管临床到位率达 97.5 %。结论 Objective: To investigate the relationship bet we en peak-pressure difference of bilateral airway and position of Double-lumen t ube(DLT),and to find out an easy way for estimating whether the DLT was in suita ble position.Method:Two hundred and ninty-seven patients, with h yperhidrosis undergoing thoracoscope sympathectomy,were observed use in Capnomac Ultima(Datex),on the c hanges of bilateral airway pressure in various DLT situations. The position of DLT was according to the changes.Result: The DLT was in malposi tioning if the peak-pressure difference of bilateral airway exceeds 6.8cmH 2O, 97.5% of the cases were in suitable DLT position using this easy method. Conclusion:Peak-pressure difference of bilateral airway was helpful fo r determining the position of DLT.
