电能质量控制中心与统一电能质量调节器的研究 被引量:12

摘要 现代社会的迅猛发展对电能质量提出了更高要求,电能质量问题的研究成为相关领域研究的热点。在对日本学者提出的FRIENDS(Flexible,ReliableandIntelligentElectricaleNergyDeliverySystem)供电新技术中的电能质量控制中心QCC(QualityControlCenter)进行深入研究的基础上进一步扩展了QCC的功能,明确了它的基本类型和结构。同时还对QCC中的关键部件统一电能质量调节器UPQC(UnifiedPowerQualityConditioner)进行了深入研究,明确了它的多重电能质量调节功能,给出了一种典型的UPQC拓扑电路,并利用H∞控制技术实现了其综合的电压、电流波形跟踪补偿,给出了满意的仿真结果。 Power quality problems are becoming an emphasis of related research fields nowadays due to the higher demands of social and economical development.Based on the detailed study of the QCC(Quality Control Center)in FRIENDS(Flexible,Reliable and Intelligent Electrical eNergy Delive-ry System),which is first put forward by Japanese scholars,the functions of QCC is expanded and its basic types and structures are defined.A detailed study on UPQC(Unified Power Quality Condi-tioner),the chief part of QCC,is carried out ,its multiple adjusting functions are introduced and its typical topological circuit is presented.The synthesis tracking compensation of voltage and current for UPQC is realized by using H ∞ control technology and the satisfactory simulation results are given.
