摘要
为了解淀山湖在水华严重的夏秋季节微囊藻毒素-LR和类毒素-A的分布状况,运用高效液相色谱方法,分别检测了经过一系列浓缩的不同水样中这两种毒素的含量.结果表明,整个淀山湖类毒素-A的平均含量为0.007g/L,而微囊藻毒素-LR的平均含量为0.090g/L,是类毒素-A的13倍.淀山湖存在较严重的微囊藻毒素-LR污染和轻度的类毒素-A污染.
In order to understand the distribution state of microcystin-LR and anatoxin-A in Dianshan Lake during summer and autumn different water samples condensed by a serious of steps, the contents of these two toxins were detected by HPLC. The average content of anatoxin-A in whole lake was 0.007g/L, while that of microcystin-LR was 0.090g/L, being 13 times of the anatoxin-A. This suggested that there existed more serious pollution of microcystin-LR and slight pollution of anatoxin-A in Dianshan Lake.
