摘要
采用室外盆栽试验方法,研究了吡虫啉、高效氯氰菊酯在烟草上的消解动态,同时研究了多菌灵、高效氯氰菊酯对吡虫啉及吡虫啉对高效氯氰菊酯降解速度的影响.结果表明,吡虫啉在烟叶中的消解半衰期为3.98d,喷药后15d,降解了94.60%;高效氯氰菊酯对吡虫啉降解表现出延缓作用,而多菌灵对吡虫啉降解表现出加速作用.高效氯氰菊酯在烟草中消解半衰期为4.82d,喷药后15d,消解了88.32%;吡虫啉对高效氯氰菊酯的消解表现出延缓作用.
The degradation dynamics of imidaclapaid and bata-cypermethrin in tobacco was studied with adopting outdoor pot-cultivation test technique; and the effect of carbendazim and bata-cypermethrin on the degradation velocity of imidaclapaid, and the effect of imidaclapaid on the degradation velocity of bata-cypermethrin were studied at same time. The degradation half life of imidaclapaid in tobacco was 3.98d and 94.60% was degraded at fifteenth day after being sprayed; the bata-cypermethrin slowed down imidaclapaid degradation, but carbendazim accelerated the degradation of imidaelapaid. The degradation half life of bata-cypermethrin in tobacco was 4.82d; and 88.32% degraded at fifteenth day after being sprayed. Imidaclapaid slowed down bata-cypermemethrin degradation.
