摘要
提出了对梁式测力传感器进行可靠性优化设计的方法,建立了平行梁式传感器的可靠性优化数学模型,通过实例论证了数学模型的合理性。应用该方法进行产品设计时,将产品性能的可靠性指标考虑进去,大大提高了可靠度,具有一定的实用价值。
This paper introduces an optimistic reliable design method of the parallel-beam measuring load sensors and establishes a mathematic model of the method. The rationality of the model is proved by a practical example.Though Using this method, performance reliability of production is considered in the course of design, so the reliable degree increases largely. This method is of certain practical value.
