摘要
以六杆机构为研究对象,推导了机构多位移矩阵迭代求解和单一位移迭代求解的理论方程,并用上述两种方法对六杆机构进行了位移比较分析,证实单一位移迭代求解方法的迭代初值选取比较简便,求解过程不用求导,一旦确定单一位移值后,可对其他位移进行精确求解,累积误差小。
Based on the study of the six-bar mechanism,this paper sets out to deduce the theoretical equation of the solutions to the multi displacement matrix iteration and the single displacement iteration .the two approaches are applied reach the conclusion that it is comparatively simple and convenient to choose the preliminary Values of iteration for the single-displacement iteration by adopting the comparative analysis of the six-bar mechanism displacement. It is unnecessary to engage oneself on complex derivation in the whole process. As soon as the single-displacement is determined, We can start to derive the accurate solutions to the other displacements with minor accumulative errors.
