摘要
以鸡西热电有限责任公司2号锅炉在168h试运过程中出现的左右两侧蒸汽温度特别是再热蒸汽温度偏差大的问题为研究对象,通过锅炉冷态模化试验和数值模拟发现,三次风的不同投入方式及三次风标高是影响该型锅炉炉膛出口烟温偏差的主要原因。结合冷态模化试验和数值分析结果,提出了合理的三次风改造方案。
It is discovered through cold mode modularization test and numerical simulation of boilers that the fume temperature deviation at the furnace chamber outlets of this type of boilers is mainly caused by different ways of introducing cubic wind and the elevation of cubic wind. From the results of cold mode modularization tests and numerical analyses, an updating scheme has been worked out to solve the problem of large steam temperature deviation between left and right sides,and reheat steam temperature in particular,encountered during 168h test run of No. 2 boiler at Jixi Thermal Power Plant Co. ,Ltd.
