摘要
采用诱捕回输技术对尖唇散白蚁的灭治进行了室内外试验。以粉剂灭蚁灵施药,每头带药白蚁可使至少50头左右的健康白蚁在11d内染药死亡;室内模拟测试表明,少量带药白蚁可使人工群体所有白蚁在10d内染药死亡,野外巢群杀灭实验证实,诱捕白蚁后再施药回放,可在施药后30d内有效杀灭野外群体。该技术使用简便,对环境无污染。
Traprelease control techniques for Reticulitermes aculabialis were evaluated both in laboratory and field. The laboratory result revealed that one worker, sprayed with Mirex dust and took 50μg pesticide,could cause about 50 deaths of other healthy nestmates in 11 days. The whole laboratory colony were killed after releasing workers and soldiers sprayed with Mirex powder based on the ratio of 1 pesticide worker to 50 healthy ones. Field test proved that multipoint trapspray and release technique could effectively kill the natural colony in 30 days after pesticide were used. The traprelease technique is also a good method both for monitoring termite and developing different killing plans with new pesticide.
