脉管通胶囊对血栓闭塞性脉管炎大鼠模型影响的研究

An Experimental Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Maiguantong Capsule on the Rat Models with Thromboangitis Obliterans

目的探讨脉管通胶囊对血栓闭塞性脉管炎大鼠模型的治疗作用。方法采用月桂酸股动脉注射造成大鼠血栓闭塞性脉管炎模型 ,观察大鼠的体征变化、病理切片血栓分级、血液流变学指标及对血浆TXB2 、6 K PGF1α含量的影响。结果脉管通胶囊能减少血管内血栓形成数量 ,改善血液流变 ,降低TXB2 、T K作用强于复方丹参片。结论脉管通胶囊对血栓闭塞性脉管炎大鼠模型具有较好的治疗作用 ,其机理与改善血液流变学。

?Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Maiguantong Capsule(MS) on the rat models with thromboangitis obliterans.Methods Thromboangitis obliterans model was prepared by injecting lauric acid into the femoral artery of rats. Then, observed were the changes of physical signs,pathologic grading of thrombus,the indexes of hemorheology and the contents of TXB 2 and 6 K PGF 1α in plasma following the treatment with MS. Results Significantly improved lesion was seen in the animals of treating group,with reduced number of thrombus formatron,improved indexes of hemorhelolgy,decreased content of TXB 2 and declined ration of T/K.Conclusions MS holds significant theerapeutic effect on experimental thromboangitis obliterans prepared among rats. The possibal mechanisms for this effect may be due to improvement in hemorheology and enhanced anti thrombus function of vessel andothelia. 〔
