摘要
目的观察肝复康颗粒对大鼠慢性肝损伤模型的影响。方法皮下注射四氯化碳造成大鼠慢性肝损伤模型 ,灌胃给予肝复康颗粒 4周 ,观察血液生化指标和肝脏组织的变化。结果肝复康颗粒剂能降低四氯化碳所致的慢性肝损伤大鼠血清AST(天门冬氨酸氨基转换酶 )、ALT(丙氨酸氨基转换酶 ) ,升高血清TP(总蛋白 )、ALB(白蛋白 ) ,并能减轻肝纤维组织增生程度 ,降低胶原蛋白含量。
?Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Ganfukang Granule(GFKG)on chronic liver injury induced by CCl 4 in rats.Methods The model of chronic liver injury was prepared by CCl 4 injecting subcutaneously in rats.Then,GFKG was given to the amimals by forced perfusing gastrically for 4 weeks and the changes of biochemistrial indexes in serum and histology of liver were assaied.Results Animals in the treating group with GFKG given showed significantly increased serum levels of TP and ALB, and markedly decreased serum levels of AST and ALT. Meanwhile, hisbological observation on the liver showed significantly improved degree of proliferation of hepatic flbrous tissue and declined content of collagen in liver. Conclusion GFKG holds significant effects on liver protection and on the treatment of hepatic fibrosis. 〔
