摘要
为了使超高频晶体振荡器满足空间使用要求 ,对影响超高频晶体振荡器频率稳定度、准确度和老化率的各种因素进行了分析研究。在此基础上为某运载火箭外测安全系统设计了一种超高频晶体振荡器。经 10多次飞行试验表明 ,该振荡器工作稳定可靠 ,其稳定度和频率准确度均比同类产品提高 1个量级以上 ,而老化率降低了1个量级。
To meet the demand of space application, the various factors to affect the degree of frequency stability, accuracy and aging rate for very high frequency crystal oscillator are analyzed in this paper. A new very high frequency crystal oscillator has been developed for the safety test system of some rocket on the base of this analysis. The results of airborne test are showed that the oscillator works reliably and the performance has been improved.
