摘要
本文用文献资料法、比较研究法等方法对体育知识产权的概念、性质和特征进行了阐述,对体育知识产权的法律界定进行了探讨。
By methods of documentary review and comparative study, this paper made an explaination on conception, quality and characters of sports intellectual property, produced a discussion on legal definition of sports intellectual property.
