摘要
设计研究了一种替代高压输电线爆压续接管的线夹装置.该线夹的主要用途是代替使用时间久远、老化严重的爆压续接管承受导线的张力,防止爆压接管滑脱,产生事故.对线夹装置样品的夹握力及电晕试验表明,该装置500kV以下的电压不会产生电晕;在不损伤导线的条件下,夹握力完全满足导线张力的要求.
The design of a line clamp,a substitution for the explosive pressing duct used in the high voltage transmission line has been carried out.The substitution can take the place of the explosive pressing duct which is used for a long time and is extremely aging to endure the tensile force of the conductor and it can prevent the accident due to the surging of the explosive pressing duct.The two experimentations on the sample about electrical corona and grip indicate the substitution will not bring the electrical corona under 500KV voltage and its grip can absolutely satisfy the need for the tensile force of the conductor.
