摘要
教学质量是高等学校的生命线。提高教学质量是新世纪我国高等学校改革和发展的根本问题。仅从高校本身的角度而言 ,优良的教学质量至少需要下述因素来支撑 :有效的管理、对教学和学习的高度重视、有效的教学、良好的教学条件、优良的学校环境和积极的学校氛围等。我们必须树立知识、能力、素质辩证统一以及多样化和个性化的教学质量观 ,加大建设和改革的力度 。
Teaching quality is a lifeline of the institution of higher education. In the reform of higher education of our country in the new century, the basic problem of development is how to improve teaching quality. Taking university alone into consideration, fine teaching quality is usually supported by following elements at least: effective management, great attention to teaching and study, effective teaching, good teaching condition, fine school environment and positive school atmosphere,etc. We must establish a dialectic view of the unity of and that of the diversified knowledge,ability, quality and individualized teaching quality so that the reform will be reinforced and the teaching quality will be guaranteed.
