摘要
目的:观察高能聚焦超声(HIFU)与GF(G:健择,F:氟尿嘧啶)方案化疗联合治疗晚期胰腺癌近期疗效和毒副作用。方法:40例晚期胰腺癌患者(经病理学证实34例)随机分为:A组为HIFU+GF方案化疗;B组为单纯GF方案化疗。结果:A组有效率50.0％,B组31.3％;A组临床受益率64.7％,B组为31.3％,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。主要毒性反应为白细胞减少和血小板减少。结论:HIFU+GF方案化疗联合治疗晚期胰腺癌有较好的疗效和耐受性。
Objective:To observe the proximate efficacy and toxicity of thermotherapy of high intensive focus ultrasound (HIFU) in combination with chemotherapy (Gemcitabine and Fluorouracil) on treating advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods: Forty patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into group A (chemotherapy+HIFU)and group B (chemotherapy alone). Results:The effective rate in group A was 50% and 31.25% in group B. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). The main toxicities had Icukopenia and thrombocytopenia. Conclusion: Thermotherapy of HIFU in combination with chemotherapy is a feasible and well-tolerated scheme on treating advanced pancreatic cancer.
