摘要
目的:研制一种适合临床需要的腔内气囊导尿管。方法:对目前临床上广泛使用的气囊导尿管的尾部进行改进,研制成功一种能在电切镜下置入膀胱的气囊导尿管。结果:该腔内气囊导尿管能顺利地在电切镜下使用。结论:腔内气囊导尿管的研制成功解决了临床上不能从电切镜鞘内置入气囊导尿管的难题。
Objective: To invent an intracavity air sac urinary catheter to meet the clinical requirement. Methods:To modify the tail of air sac urinary catheter used the presently, and manufacture an intracavity air sac urinary catheter that can be used through the sheath of electrotomyoscope. Results:The intracavity air sac urinary catheter was invented to be used through the sheath of electrotomyoscope smoothly. Conclusion: The invention of intracavity air sac urinary catheter solved the problem that air sac urinary catheter couldn't be applied through the sheath of electrotomyoscope.
