摘要
本文在分析我省苏北地区的地域特色和城市建设与发展现状的基础上 ,指出当前城市更新和旧城改造中存在的主要问题 。
On the bases of analyzing the local characters and the current situation of economic development in the north dstrict of Jiangsu,this article points out some existing problems on city renewal and the renovation of old city regins,then some suggestions on the policy and discipline of the city renewal in the north distrct of Jiangsu has been made.
