摘要
重点介绍内外倒棱三种刀盘的设计 :( 1 )复合刀具 +平头刀的双刀式 ,( 2 )浮动式倒棱刀 +平头刀的双刀式 ,( 3)内外倒棱刀 +平头刀的三刀式 ,对此三种刀盘的安装、对刀分别作了详细叙述 ,并对各优缺点和应用场合作了比较。
This paper introduced three designing methods of cutter adapters used on bevel pipe ends: (1)Formed cutter & Dual-face cutter (2)Floating beveling cutter & Dual-face cutter (3)Duak-beveling cutter & Trio-face cutter A detailed description about assembling and positioning the three cutter adapters is presented in the paper,as well as the analysis of their advantages and disadvantages
