The Application of Holistic Nursing in the Operating Room

系统化整体护理 ,是以病人为中心 ,以现代护理观为指导 ,以护理程序为框架 ,对病人实施生理、心理、社会、文化等全方位的整体护理。手术室整体护理是通过术前访视病人、病人家庭、责任护士、管床医生 ,了解病人心、身等方面的需求 ,根据病人的具体情况 ,制定相应的护理计划。手术期间 ,根据计划进行护理 ;手术室内播放背景音乐 ;在病员家属休息室播放麻醉知识、手术进程、术中情况及术后健康指导 ;手术后 2 - 3日内回访 ,评价护理效果。整体护理在手术室的实施 ,弥补了传统护理的不足 ,为需手术治疗的患者在住院期间提供全过程、全方位的护理 ,填补以患者为中心整体护理实施过程中 ,手术阶段缺乏系统化护理的空白 ,使护理工作更加周密、完善。

The holistic nursing,focused on patients,guided by modern nursing philosophy and based on nursing processes,offers patients whole nursing care in physiology,psychology and social and cultural philosophy.In the operating room,a holistic nursing scheme is worked out before the operation according to the patient's physical and psychological conditions after the patient has been visited and his or her family,nurses and doctors consulted.During the operation the nursing scheme is fulfilled.In the meantime some music may be played in the operating room and the knowledge of anesthesia,the situation of operation and the guidance for recovery from operation may be given to his or her relatives when they stay in the waiting room.In 2 or 3 days after the operation,the patient is followed up and the nursing result is evaluated.The holistic nursing in the operating room has the following advantages:overcome the deficiency of traditional nursing,offer the patients receiving operation whole nursing care in the hospital,and resolve the problem of lacking systematic nursing during the operation.It makes nursing care more considerate and perfect.
