摘要
目的观察成人前牙牙周病的正畸治疗疗效。方法本文对 2 1例成人前牙牙周病患者 ,运用固定矫治技术进行治疗。结果使移位的牙齿复位 ,前牙覆牙合、覆盖关系正常 ,牙击状况、咬合状况及颜面外貌均有明显改善。结论成人前牙牙周病经过正畸治疗可以恢复牙列外形 ,达到美容和恢复咀嚼功能的目的。
Objective:To study effects of orthodontic therapy for Anterior periodontal disease of adults.Method:For 21 adults cases of Anterior Periodontal Disease in this thesis,fixed orthodontic appliance has been adopted.Results:the wandering teeth have been replaced in appropriate positions,overjet and overbite of anterior teeth have returned to normal.Periodontal status?bite condition and facial appearance have achieved obvious improvement.Conclusion:Orthodontic therapy for Anterior periodontal disease of adults is helpful to dentition?periodontal status and facial appearance.
