尖晶石基惰性阳极坯料的粒度组成 被引量:3

摘要 为了保证尖晶石基惰性阳极制品具有较高的体积密度和较低的气孔率,从原料粒度组成入手,在球列理论的基础上,通过实验对尖晶石颗粒级配进行了研究.实验中根据不同的产品规格,设定了4种不同的主颗粒,通过测量振实密度以寻求最佳的粒度级配.实验中先确定主颗粒与填充颗粒的质量分数和直径比,在此基础上加入不同含量的细粉以得到最佳的粒度级配.实验结果表明,主颗粒与填充颗粒的实际堆积方式与理论上球体的体心立方或密排六方堆积比较吻合,且当主颗粒、填充颗粒、细粉的质量分数分别为42%,18%,40%时,振实密度最大. In order to guarantee that the products of spinelbased inert anode possess high volume density and low porosity, based on the theory of ball arrangement and started with grain composition of the raw material, the grain graduation of spinel was studied experimentally.Four different main grains were used according to the different sizes of products. The tap density was measured in order to find out the optimal grain graduation. The mass fraction and the diameter ratio of main grains and filling grains were determined firstly.Then, different quantities of fine powders were added to get the optimal grain gradation. The experiment results show that the actual packing form accords with the theory ball arrangement form of the body centered cubic or hexagonal closepacking. The tap density is the greatest when the mass fraction of the coarse grains, medium grains and the fine powders is 42%,18%,40%.
