摘要
在固定床反应器中,分别对比研究木块和木屑的堆积特性,并对比研究在28 8kW条件下的传热和热解特性.实验结果说明,木屑和木块具有不同堆积特性和热解特性.反应结束时的特征温度分别为844℃和866℃;热解时间分别为75min和62min;焦油产量最大,分别为51 4%和48 8%,木炭产量最少,质量分数分别为21 0%和25 4%;累积产气量分别为277L和253L,最大瞬时产气速率分别为27L/min和10L/min.
Characteristics of heat transfer and pyrolysis of wood particles and wood blocks with different size, ie 1mm and 2cm, were studied in a fixed bed reactor. The experimental results show that the pyrolysis characteristics varies with size. For wood partides and blocks,the characteristic temperatare at pyrolysis end is 844℃ and 866℃,the pyrolysis time is 75min and 62min,the tar yield is 514% and 484%,the char yield is 210% and 254%,and the cumulative gas generation is 271L and 253L respctively.The maximum instantaneous gas generation rate is 10L/min and 27L/min respectively.
