冷轧压下量对IF钢板的纤维织构演变影响的定量研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过对不同冷轧压下量的冷轧和退火IF钢板的纤维织构的定量研究,得出了其织构演变主要在{111}//ND、<110>//RD、{100}//ND、<112>//RD组分之间;退火时<110>//RD组分一部分转化为{111}//ND,一部分转化为<112>//RD.冷轧压下量达到90%,不能得到好的γ纤维织构分布形态. The fibertexture development of asrolled and asannealed IF steel sheets with various cold reductions were studied by means of the quantitative texture analysis. It was obtained that the textures changed mainly among the {111}//ND, <110>//RD, {100}//ND and <112>//RD components. During annealing, one part of the <110>//RD component transfered to {111}//ND, the other part transfered to <112>//RD. In addition, it was found that when the cold reduction increased to 90%, the distribution shape of γfiber rolling and recrystallization texture were not ideal.
