摘要
通过对不同冷轧压下量的冷轧和退火IF钢板的纤维织构的定量研究,得出了其织构演变主要在{111}//ND、<110>//RD、{100}//ND、<112>//RD组分之间;退火时<110>//RD组分一部分转化为{111}//ND,一部分转化为<112>//RD.冷轧压下量达到90%,不能得到好的γ纤维织构分布形态.
The fibertexture development of asrolled and asannealed IF steel sheets with various cold reductions were studied by means of the quantitative texture analysis. It was obtained that the textures changed mainly among the {111}//ND, <110>//RD, {100}//ND and <112>//RD components. During annealing, one part of the <110>//RD component transfered to {111}//ND, the other part transfered to <112>//RD. In addition, it was found that when the cold reduction increased to 90%, the distribution shape of γfiber rolling and recrystallization texture were not ideal.
