摘要
将北京 4所医院 372名护理人员分为干预组和对照组 ,用焦虑自评量表及开放式问卷进行调查 ,干预组运用小组谈话、辅导讲座等方法进行心理疏导。经分析认为 :参加严重急性呼吸综合征救治一线工作是复合性应激源 ;调查对象普遍存在焦虑、认知力缺乏及自我评价丧失等应激反应 ;提高认知水平、调动积极心理防卫机制是有效的干预途径。建议管理者应掌握动态、制定对策、及时咨询 ;将教育管理与关心体恤相结合 ;建立心理档案 ,评定个体应激水平 ;实施有效对策 ,稳定护士职业心态。
About 372 nurses from 4 hospitals in Beijing are divided into the control group and the experimental group. The methods of psyche interference include interviews and lectures. The whole data are collected though questionnaires with open questions and processed in “SAS” tables. Analysis from the data can come into the conclusion that nursing in SARS hospitals is a complicated source of stress. Most nurses have the stress actions such as anxiety, deficiency of cognition and loss of self-evaluation. The effective psyche interferences are used to enhance cognition and to reinforce psyche defense. Nursing managers should master the nursing dynamic development, enact relative countermeasures and consult in time. Education management and supervision concern are combined. Psyche records are established to evaluate the individual stress level. The effective measures are put into practice to make nurses’ professional mood stable.
