护理程序在护理本科生实习管理中的应用

Application of nursing procedure to the administration for clinical undergraduate nurses

目的 :探讨应用护理程序对护理本科生临床实习效果的影响。方法 :应用护理程序评估护生 ,提出应重点加强护生专业思想教育和临床实践知识与技能的培训 ,制订教学实习目标和计划 ,落实带教措施 ,评价实习效果。结果 :应用护理程序加强对本科护生实习管理 ,增强了带教老师的思想、业务素质 ,巩固了护生护理专业思想 ,刻苦学习业务技术 ,为培养高层次合格护理人才 ,调动了教学双方的积极性。

Objective:The purpose of the study was to study the influence on the undergraduate nurse in clinical practice by applying nursing procedure. Method:The undergraduate nurses were assessed with applying the nursing procedure firstly. Based on the results of assessment, education for undergraduate nurses on setting up professional thoughts and trailing of clinical knowledge and technique was enhanced. Finally, the targets and plans of clinical practice were worked out, and the plan and evaluation on the effect of clinical practice were carried on. Results:By applying nursing procedure in the administration for undergraduate nurses, we concluded that it was good not only to improve the clinical teachers’ professional thoughts and knowledge but also to strengthen the students’ professional thoughts and prompt them to study hard. It was benefit to train high-level educated nurses by exciting the enthusiasm of both teachers and students.
