Exploration of the reform on clinical nursing teaching management

目的 :临床护理教学要适应现代医学模式和护理模式的转变。方法 :聘任临床教师 ;注重师生培训 ;建立教师及学生档案 ;实行导师制教学模式 ;选择实用、灵活和适用的教学方法 ;通过教学评价持续改进教学质量等。结果 :提高了教师整体素质和教学质量 ,取得良好效果。

Objective: The clinical nursing teaching should be adapted to the changes of the modern medical and nursing model. Methods: Many measures included appointing the clinical teachers, focusing on the training of both teachers and students, setting up their records and practicing the supervisor system, and choosing the suitable teaching ways. We try to improve the teaching quality continuously through teaching evaluation. Result: The teaching quality has been approved and the teaching outcomes are good.
