摘要
探讨心理咨询热线在突发传染性疾病流行期对隔离观察患者心理干预技术的特色。对严重急性呼吸综合征隔离观察病房患者进行心理干预 ,为患者提供了情感宣泄、情感支持、情感交流、信息传递的渠道 ,对心理危机问题做到早发现、早处理。心理热线服务方式简便、快捷、有效 ,避免交叉感染。
The aim of the study was to explore the special effect of mental consulting lines on the patients during the period of SARS outbreak. The hot line became the good channel to conduct mental interventions for the patients at isolated wards. The patients could open their minds, exchange their opinions, and share feelings and information with each other. It was benefit to early discovery and treatment for the mental crisis. At the same time, the hot line is an effective and simple way. And it could avoid cross infections.
