摘要
最大限度地减少移动部件的质量是设计高速加工机床和高速加工中心所追求的目标。在保证相同动力与运动参数的条件下,采用电主轴铰接的移动机构可以大幅度降低运动部件的质量。本文介绍了一种电主轴高速移动机构的组成及工作原理。借助MATLAB软件推导了其运动学公式,并进行了机构工作空间的分析。运用VB6.0软件开发出电主轴铰接高速移动机构的运动仿真软件,其分析的结果为该机构在高速加工中心中的应用提供了理论依据。
Decreasing the quality of moving components as much as possible is the goal of designing the highspeed cutting machines and machining center. The quality of moving components may be reduced widely by adopting the electric basic shaft to join with a hinge on condition that the driving force and movement parameters are the same. The composition and work rules are introduced in this paper. The kinematics formulas are given by means of MATLAB software, and the workspace is analyzed. The movement simulation software of the high-speed moving mechanism is designed by using VB6.0's software. The results supply theory foundation for the application of high-speed cutting machines or machining center.
