摘要
本文以某汽车驾驶室空调风扇注塑模的NC加工编程为研究对象,介绍了CAD/CAM技术在模具制造中的 应用过程,包括数据测量、曲面建模、加工路径的选择、刀具轨迹计算等,并对该套模具NC加工编程的特殊性及其 工艺处理作了详细的分析与介绍。
The application procedure of CAD/CAM in the auto-air-condition-fan injection mold NC manufacturing is introduced in the paper. The procedure includes data measuring, surface modeling, manufacture path selection, tool path calculating.An analyses of the characteristic of NC program and technics about the auto-air-condition-fan mold is made.
