摘要
通过对40Cr钢斜齿轮断口形貌、金相组织进行分析表明,原材料淬透性较低及齿坯锻后调质不当,高频淬火时齿两侧冷却条件不一致造成组织及应力分布不均是导致齿轮断裂的原因。
The Analysis of fracture appearance and microstructure on 40Cr large bevel wheel is made in the paper. Results indicate that the reasons for the fracture are hardenability of raw material is relatively low, quenching and tempering is improper, cooling condition of two sides of the tooth is different when induction heating quenching.
