一种基于Internet信道的增强H.26L鲁棒性的方法

摘要 为了提高典型 Internet信道条件下 H.2 6 L帧内编码宏块的鲁棒性 ,提出了一种新的方法 .在编码端按适当的判断策略为部分帧内编码宏块提供了运动向量 ,同时结合对数据包的不均等保护机制 ,使得解码端对帧内编码宏块的时域错识掩盖能力大大增强 .实验结果表明 ,该方法使H.2 6 L视频流具有更强的误码抵抗能力 . To improve the robustness of intra-coded macroblocks(MBs) in such case, a new algorithm was proposed. In the algorithm, combined with the unequal packet protection for data packets in Internet channel, some intra-coded MBs over the encoder, according to an appropriate judgement scheme, are allowed to include motion vectors so as to substantially enhance the performance of the temporal error concealments over the decoder. The simulation results demonstrate that this proposed method substantially improves the H.26L's packet loss resilience.
