摘要
为进一步提高我国船厂堆场管理信息化水平 ,对钢板堆场管理的数字化进行了研究 .首先分析船厂钢板堆场的系统结构特征及其堆放规则 ,从静态和动态两方面研究堆场钢板堆放过程 ,应用数据库和计算机仿真技术建立堆场数字化仿真模型 ,并在此基础上编制了钢板堆场管理系统仿真软件 .仿真结果表明 ,该模型能有效描述堆场堆放的动态过程 ,可产生满足堆场管理需要的仿真数据 ,是实现堆场科学管理的有效工具 .
To improve the management of stockyard in shipyards, the research on the digital management model of the plate stockyard was done. The components of the plate stockyard and the plate storing regulations were analyzed, and both the static and the dynamic storing processes were introduced. The management model was created using computerized methods such as database and computer simulation. Based on the management model, the Stockyard Management Simulation Software was developed. The simulation results show that the management model is effective to describe the dynamic storing process and lots of data can be used in the stockyard management. The dynamic model is an effective tool to informationize the stockyard management and makes it more scientific.
