摘要
建立了一种测定溴氨酸的反相离子对 高效液相色谱的方法。以甲醇 水为流动相,四甲基溴化铵为离子对试剂,2 萘酚为内标物,检测波长为240nm,线性范围为0~0 18mg/ml,浓度测定的变异系数为0 26%~0 81%。
The analysis method of bromamine acid was studied with RPIP HPLC. Chromatographic conditions are with methanol water was mobile phase, tetramethylammonium bromide as ion pair reagent, 2 naphthol as internal standard, and UV detection at 240nm. The method gives a linear range of O~0.18mg/mL and a coefficient of variation of 0.26%~0.81%.
