摘要
惯性导航用精密离心机静压气体轴承主轴系统的运动稳定性是保障其标定加速度计精度的重要前提 ,直接关系到整个机组的安全性与可靠性。将静压气体轴承等效为弹性支承 ,使轴承的刚度以显函数出现 ,对主轴的稳定性进行了分析 ,确定了轴系运动的稳定性条件。通过数值仿真 ,得到了稳定性区域。分析了转速、支承刚度和转动惯量对轴系运动稳定性的影响 。
The movement stability of aerostatical bearing spindle system in a precision centrifuge used in inertia navigation is an important premise in ensuring the precision of accelerometer,which is concerned with the safety and reliability of the whole assembly directly.In this paper,the aerostatical bearings are identified by the spring supports, so that the stiffness of the bearings can be represented with explicit functions. The stability of spindle system was researched and the movement stability conditions were defined.Numerical simulation has been carried out, and the stability region has been also obtained.The influences of rotational speed, supporting stiffness and inertia moment on the movement stability were analyzed,which provides the basis for raising the quality of precision centrifuge.
