摘要
我国西部地区具有丰富的清洁能源,对其进行有效的开发不仅可使西部地区成为我国的清洁能源基地,而且对西部乃至全国的可持续发展有重要意义.具体分析了我国西部的能源资源,探讨了开发的必要性及开发途径.
Western China is rich in kinds of clean energy. To develop these resourses efficiently is not only to construct western China as the base of clean energy in China,but to benifit the sustaniable development of the west and the whole of China.This paper analyses the condition of clean energy in western China and deals with the necessity and approaches of development.
