摘要
以固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2为催化剂,以没食子酸和正丙醇为原料,合成了没食子酸丙酯。考察了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、催化剂焙烧温度以及反应时间对酯收率的影响。结果表明:焙烧温度为500℃时,制得的催化剂活性最高;适宜的反应条件如下:没食子酸与正丙醇的摩尔比为1∶15,固体超强酸SO42-/TiO21.8g,在115~120℃反应2.5h,酯收率达96.3%。
Solid super acid SO42-/TiO2 as catalyst,gallic acid and npropyl alcohol as raw materials,the propyl gallate is synthesized.The effect of molar ratio of npropyl alcohol to gallic acid,catalyst dose,calcining heat of catalyst and reaction time on the yield of ester are tested.The results showed that the activity of catalyst was the best when the the catalyst was calcinated at 500 ℃.The better reaction conditions are as follows:the molar ratio of npropyl alcohol to gallic acid is 15∶1,solid super acid SO42-/TiO2 1.8 g,the reaction at 115~120 ℃ for 2.5 h,the yield of ester reached 96.3%.
