摘要
本文分析了本钢引进AGC软件中测试轧机特性曲线及其拟合方程中所存在的问题,提出了改进方案与新的拟合方程。根据实测数据计算,证明新的拟合方程优于原方程。
In this paper, we analysed the characteristic curve and its imitation of the hot strip mill programmed in the AGC(Automatic Gauge Control) software used in Benxi Iron and Steel Company. Some improvements are proposed and a new imitative equation is set up. Experimental calculation basedon the practically measured data shows that the new imitative equation is more effective than the old one.
