摘要
根据某铝厂欲将第Ⅳ组 9#、10 #种分槽搅拌形式进行改造及提高物料固含的想法对原有种分槽的筒体、支撑梁、基础部分等关键部位进行了分析和计算 ,对不能满足改造方案的部位提出了应该采取的措施和建议。
To modify the agitating mode and increase solid content for #9 and #10 seed precipitation tanks in Group IV at the request of an alumina refinery, analysis and calculation of tank body, support beam, foundation, etc. of the existing tanks are conducted. Measures and suggestions to be taken are proposed for those not meet the requirements of the modification.
