摘要
弱势教研室的教学、科研在资金、师资、设备投入等方面处于忽视或忽略的状态,影响了所在主干学科专业的建设和发展,对毕业生的综合素质也影响极大。因此,只有弱势教研室积极改革并与主干专业配套发展,其专业毕业生才可能成为具有综合素质和能力的高级人才。
Teaching and science of foible staff room are neglected at fund , teachers, equipment, etc. This lead to impact the constrcting and developing of stalk specialty, and impact synthesis qualitative seriously. So foible staff room only innovate and develop with stalk specialty, and the alumni may become advanced talents with synthesis ability and qualitative.
