全面分析了共轨蓄压式电控喷油器的泄漏部位及影响因素,进行了静态和动态的密封性试验。试验结果验证了电控喷油器的设计精度与加工工艺的合理性。

This paper analyzes the leakage and its influence factors of the common-rail accumulator type electronic control injector.The static and dynamic sealing test is done. The result indicates that the design precision and manufacture technique of the electronic control injector are reasonable.
