通过对伸长率试验结果的统计分析,建立了48mm厚热轧NK-HITEN610U2L钢板的5号拉伸试样与 15mm比例试样的伸长率的换算关系。对5号拉伸试样而言,其适用范围为52%～56%。

NK-HITEN610U2L steel is used for the spherical tank. Usually, the supplier only provides the elongation of the №5 tensile specimen of JIS Z 2201 standard, but the rules for construction of pressure vessels in domestic require the elongation of the proportion specimen of GB/T228 standard. So often on the one steel plate, by different test standards took two different shapes of the specimens to do tensile test, also caused waste and much inconvenience. Through test and statistical analysis, found out the conversion relationship between №5 tensile specimen and Dia.15mm proportion specimen for 48mm thickness steel plate.The application range was from 52% to 56% for №5 tensile specimen . Provide the evidence for cutting down material test work. 
