摘要
对高温构件的氧化层形成机理以及内氧化层与炉管剩余寿命的相关关系进行了阐述。介绍了几种最常用的炉管材料的氧化层生长动力学方程,并演示了利用内氧化层厚度实际评价炉管剩余寿命的实例。此外还介绍了测量内氧化层厚度的各类先进方法,着重介绍了超声波技术测试高温管件内壁氧化层的厚度的发展,并在此基础上,指出尚待解决的一些相关科学技术问题。
The formation mechanism of oxide layer and the relationship between the oxide and the residual life of high temperature component had been introduced in this paper. Several expressions between the oxide-scale thickness and time had been emphasized for the most popular materials used on furnace tubes. The example of predicting the residual life in terms of inner oxide thickness also had been shown. Meanwhile, some advanced technologies for measuring the inner oxide thickness of high temperature tubes had been mentioned, and the ultrasonic technique for measuring the inner oxide thickness of high temperature tubes was emphasized which allows the prediction of remaining life in terms of inner oxide thickness. Based on the technology, some valuable technical topics which deserves further study were indicated.
