摘要
该文以轻武器寿命试验过程中无故障射击弹数作为研究对象 ,采用图方法分别针对指数分布、威布尔分布、Gamma分布、对数正态分布和Logistic分布进行统计分析 ,获取最佳的可靠性模型 ,得出用威布尔分布描述的精度较高的结论 ;确定方案后 ,同一轻武器不同研制阶段的形状参数是相同的 ;不同结构的轻武器的形状参数是不同的 ;并分析了在该分布下小子样可靠性定型试验的前景 ,得出在定型试验前提取形状参数作为“共性信息”满足轻武器小子样可靠性试验的要求 ,试验样本量可为现有样本量的 1 /8至 2 /3。
The TBF datum of the life test of infantry weapon is analysed by using graphical methods separately with Weibull distribution, Exponential distributio n, Gamma distribution, Lognormal distribution and Logistic distribu t ion. The conclusion is that the Weibull distribution is the best distribution to describe the TBF datum of a gun among the models. The shape parameters are c onsistent in different researching stages of a gun. It can be taken as a common i nformation before approval test. A small sample reliability test is feas ible with Weibull model and the prospect is given, which can reduce the samples from 1/8 to 2/3 than that with exponential model. It can meet the precondition o f the measurement accuracy, smaller samples and economy of the approval test of infantry weapons.
